Watch our informational video on how to read and understand our monthly customer statements. We can also offer a different version of your statement format. If you would like to see the other offering, please summit a request through the Contact Us form on our website. We also offer paperless billing. If you would like to receive your monthly statement by email instead of a paper copy in the mail, you may also submit this request though the Contact Us form.
